Actress turned evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi has appealed to Nigerians to support ailing actress Ngozi Nwosu, urging members of the public not to ignore one of the industry’s respected screen legends
Speaking during a church programme, Eucharia became emotional as she pleaded for financial assistance for the veteran actress, reminding people of the joy and entertainment Ngozi Nwosu has brought to millions of Nigerians over the years.
Addressing the congregation, she said:
“I’m sure you have seen the videos online, please biko… Help us!»
“She has added joy to this nation. She’s one of our mothers, but she’s getting old.”
Her appeal moved many people in attendance, as worshippers immediately walked to the altar to make cash donations in support of the actress.
