A former Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, Abba Ruma is dead.
He died on Wednesday at 59.
Ruma, from Batsari Local Government Area of Katsina State, was a minister under late President Umaru Yar’Adua.
Family sources said the late minister died in a London hospital.
His cause of death was not disclosed.
