Kanye West faces a lawsuit for alleging disturbing plans for students at his Donda Academy and pervasive antisemitism from a former employee
Trevor Phillips, the plaintiff, states he joined Kanye’s organization in late 2022, primarily tasked with expanding cotton production for Ye’s fashion line.
However, Phillips asserts that his responsibilities soon extended to managing Kanye’s Donda Academy, which faced challenges due to Kanye’s controversial public statements.
Phillips alleges that Kanye frequently expressed antisemitic views to Donda Academy staff and students, including discussing plans to shave students’ heads and install a jail at the school.
In a peculiar incident at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, Phillips claims Kanye made antisemitic remarks and praised Hitler, attributing Hitler to the existence of cars.
According to Phillips, Kanye also discussed personal matters such as a porn addiction and derogatory remarks about gay people during encounters.
Furthermore, Phillips accuses Kanye of mistreating black employees, leading to his dismissal during a Sunday service in May 2023, allegedly for trivial reasons.
Phillips is suing Kanye for discrimination, harassment, and creating a hostile work environment, seeking significant damages.
