Arsenal will travel to face Championship outfit Southampton in the next round after the Saints knocked out Fulham in the fifth round
Meanwhile, Manchester City are set for a heavyweight clash against Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium in one of the standout all-Premier League ties.
The team that emerges victorious from the meeting between West Ham and Brentford will host Leeds during the round of matches scheduled for the weekend of April 4.
The draw was conducted at the London Stadium before West Ham faced Brentford in the final fifth-round fixture, with former England internationals Joe Hart and Joe Cole handling the draw.

One of the biggest surprises of the round came from Port Vale. Despite sitting at the bottom of League One, the Stoke-based side stunned Premier League club Sunderland with a narrow 1-0 victory. Ben Waine scored the decisive goal in the 28th minute, and although it was their only shot on target, it proved enough to send them through.
Arsenal secured their place in the next stage with a 2-1 win over Mansfield Town, thanks to goals from Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze. The result ensured they avoided the upset that knocked Burnley out in the previous round.
Chelsea also had to work hard for their progress, eventually defeating 10-man Wrexham 4-2 after extra time. Manchester City continued their dominance over Newcastle, winning 3-1 away to claim their fourth victory this season against Eddie Howe’s side.
Southampton’s place in the draw came after a late penalty from Ross Stewart sealed a 1-0 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage. Liverpool bounced back from a recent league loss to Wolves by earning a 3-1 victory at Molineux, while Leeds cruised past Norwich City with a comfortable 3-0 triumph at Elland Road.
