The family of the late Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has announced that he will be buried on Friday, October 11, 2024
Senator Ubah, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and representative of Anambra South Senatorial District, passed away at the age of 52 in the United Kingdom on July 27.
According to family sources, Ubah collapsed in London on a Friday and fell into a coma. He had been dealing with an undisclosed illness, which worsened due to the stress of preparing for his upcoming governorship campaign.
Before his d3ath, Ubah was the CEO of Capital Oil, a company he founded in 2001, with facilities primarily in Southeast and Southwest Nigeria, including one of the largest petroleum product storage and distribution tank farms in Lagos.
He also founded Ifeanyi Ubah F.C., a football club in the Nigeria Premier League, and established the Ifeanyi Ubah Foundation.
