Isaac Fayose is not holding back after a frustrating experience with Arik Air that left him and other passengers stranded at the airport.
The entrepreneur took to social media to vent his anger following a failed trip to Abuja. According to him, what was meant to be a routine 1:00 PM flight quickly turned into hours of uncertainty.
The flight was first delayed repeatedly, pushing departure past 4:00 PM, before it was eventually cancelled altogether and, he claims, without any prior notice.
But for Fayose, the issue didn’t end with the cancellation. What really fueled his outrage was the airline’s refund process, which he described as stressful and unnecessarily prolonged.
Clearly upset, he wrote:
“Our local airport is h0t like f!re, ARIK airways is another us£less airline, please stop booking them. They took our money to Abuja and instead of them to refund us, they’re telling us to go apply for 3 weeks, our flight was suppose to be for 1pm but they postponed it till past 4pm and then cancelled the flight without notice….they’re 419 and now we’ll take them to court.”
His comments have since sparked reactions online, with many travelers sharing similar complaints about flight delays and refund difficulties.
