A female commissioner has been
kidnapped in Bayelsa. Mrs Sarafina Otazi, a serving State Commissioner for
Local Government was today kidnapped at Ogbia Local Government area on her way
to a funeral.
According to a family source, the
kidnappers obstructed her car, removed her cars keys and whisked her into their
waiting vehicle. The two women who were accompanying her to the venue of the funeral
where left untouched. This is coming just shortly after a sister to the State
Governor was whisked away from her shop in broad day light yesterday.
