Singer, Flavour, has shared his approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle

In a podcast with former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, Flavour discussed his daily routine, which includes a unique eating schedule and regular physical exercise.
According to Flavour, he skips breakfast and instead drinks herbal tea in the morning. He eats his first meal of the day at around 5 pm, focusing on minimal carb intake and avoiding traditional Igbo dishes like “swallow.”
To stay physically fit, Flavour revealed that he dedicates two hours every day to working out.
When asked about the potential health risks associated with his eating routine, Flavour explained that his homemade herbal tea is specially prepared to prevent ulcers.

“Nwanne, it is tough, but I will try. First, I don’t eat in the morning; I drink herbal tea and eat at about 5 pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I consume minimal carbs. Third, I work out 2 hours a day,”
