Brigitte Macron has stepped out for the first time since reportedly having three-hour cosmetic ‘facial rejuvenation’ surgery at a private hospital in Paris in July.

France’s first lady, 66, who is married to French President Emmanuel Macron, 41, looked fresh-faced ahead of a meeting with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and her husband at the Fort de Bregancon, a presidential residence in Bormes-Les-Mimosas, southern France.

Arriving alongside Emmanuel, Brigitte was dressed in fitted powder blue shift dress as she attended the dinner after a three-week break, during which she reportedly recovered from the procedure.

Brigitte looked in good spirits, although her arm was seen in a sling, suggesting she may have been recovering from an injury.

According to local media outlets, Brigitte was reportedly placed under general anaesthetic on July 16 before she underwent a three-hour cosmetic surgery operation at the private hospital in Paris before heading off on summer holiday.

It allegedly took place at the world-famous American Hospital in the French capital, which is hugely popular with celebrities and which has a plastic surgery unit offering ‘cutting-edge techniques’ including ones devoted to ‘facial rejuvenation procedures’.
