Gabriel Afolayan has shared his perspective on the disagreements that have followed P-Square for years, saying the issues between the brothers go much further back than their recent troubles.
According to him, he remembers the tension around the group as far back as 2005, during the period when P-Square were building their career.
He said disagreements over which songs should make their albums were already part of the picture, with Jude Okoye often having the final say.
Afolayan explained in a post on his page, that:
“The Psquare story that I know dated back to 2005 (get squared era) at EKO reelmix studio. They’ve always had issues with songs selection for any album they intend to release. Argument on whose songs should be picked more and Jude has always been a decider of that. This fight don tey no be today. All through their prime era. And the marriage thing, chai talk bokku.”
