A woman claiming to be the sister of popular online personality Gehgeh has come forward with allegations suggesting a contradiction between his public teachings and private behavior.
According to her, Gehgeh often advises in his online content that boyfriends should not give their girlfriends money, and that girlfriends should avoid depending on their partners financially. She also noted that he encourages women to rely on their families instead of romantic partners for financial support.
However, she claims his stance changes when it comes to family.
In her words:
“I’m Gehgeh’s sister. He preaches online that boyfriends shouldn’t give their girlfriends money and that girlfriends shouldn’t collect money from their boyfriends.
He also made it clear that girlfriends should always ask their family for money. But whenever I ask him for money, he asks if I don’t have a boyfriend and says he doesn’t owe me anything.”
The allegation has sparked online reactions, with users debating whether personal relationships should align with public advice, or if his statements were meant strictly for romantic relationships.
