Germany secured a 2-0 win over Denmark at Westfalenstadion in Dortmund, advancing to the Euro 2024 quarterfinals

Kai Havertz and Jamal Musiala scored the goals, with Musiala’s strike making him the joint top scorer in the tournament.
The match was briefly interrupted due to lightning and a leaking roof, but Germany overcame a scare when Joachim Andersen’s goal was disallowed for offside.
Minutes later, Andersen conceded a penalty, which Havertz converted, and Musiala sealed the win with a curled shot.
Germany will face the winner of Spain vs. Georgia in the quarterfinals.
