Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda was yesterday evening involved in a road accident
This happened Sunday evening while he was travelling along the Daura–Katsina highway
The incident happened shortly after the governor paid a condolence visit to the Daura residence of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Mohammed, the Governor was confirmed to be unharmed.
“We are pleased to confirm that the Governor is in good health and stable condition, with no serious injuries sustained,” the statement said.
Mohammed noted that Governor Radda is in high spirits and thankful to Almighty Allah for protection.
He also expressed appreciation to the people of Katsina and other well-wishers for their concern and prayers.
