Sir Arthur Okowa, the father of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is dead.
Reports said he died today at the Federal Medical Centre in Asaba.
The cause of death has not been confirmed.
Sir Arthur Okowa, a retired teacher, was born in August 1932 in Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of the state.
He was aged 88.
