Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has been discharged from the hospital after surviving a minor road accident that occurred on Sunday while en route from Katsina to Daura

In a statement released Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, medical experts confirmed the governor is “completely fit” and cleared to return to his official duties without restriction.
Governor Radda expressed deep gratitude to the people of Katsina State and Nigerians nationwide for their support during his brief hospitalization.
“I am deeply touched by the overwhelming prayers and support from our people. This demonstration of love strengthens my commitment to serving Katsina State with renewed vigour and dedication,” he stated.
The accident, which happened along the Daura–Katsina Road while the governor was on official assignment, sparked concern across the state. However, his media aide assured the public that Radda sustained no serious injuries and remained in good health throughout.
Kaula Mohammed added that the governor is in high spirits and thankful to Almighty Allah for divine protection, as well as to citizens for their concern.
Reaffirming his commitment to governance, Governor Radda emphasized that he remains focused on delivering his administration’s “Building Your Future” agenda to drive the development and progress of Katsina State.
