Facebook has acquired TheFind, an ecommerce search app. TheFind

the over 1 billion people that use the platform,” the company wrote.

But Facebook management says they bought the shopping search engine
to help boost its advertising business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition is
expected to close in the next few weeks.
