Celebrity chef, Hilda Baci has apologized and offered a generous gesture to a customer who expressed disappointment over the small portion size of a ₦6,000 turkey pepper soup from her restaurant

The customer, Omotayo, had taken to social media to share her dissatisfaction, sparking a mixed reaction from online users.
However, Hilda Baci promptly addressed the issue, sending a heartfelt apology message to Omotayo.
In the message, she acknowledged the customer’s feedback, took responsibility for the disappointment, and offered a ₦50,000 food voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
Omotayo has since shared an update, expressing her gratitude to Hilda Baci for acknowledging her complaint and reaching out.
In a video, she thanked Hilda Baci for validating her concerns and appreciating her feedback.
