President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his commitment to Nigerian youth, declaring his full support during the inauguration of the National Youth Conference planning committee on Monday, March 10, 2025

Addressing the committee members and young representatives at the event in Abuja, Tinubu made a strong statement of solidarity: “I am with you! This was my message today to the heart of our nation—our youth—as I inaugurated the National Youth Conference planning committee.”
He assured the youth that his administration is dedicated to creating opportunities that will enhance their future and contribute to national development. “I will do everything to make Nigeria a better place for young people and all Nigerians,” Tinubu emphasized.
The president acknowledged the critical role young people play in shaping the country’s progress and stressed that his policies are geared toward securing a brighter future for them. He encouraged them to actively participate in governance, voice their concerns, and contribute ideas to the country’s development.
Tinubu also addressed economic challenges, expressing confidence in Nigeria’s recovery. “When we started, it was like drawing water from a dry well. But today, the economy is turning the corner. Prices are falling, confidence in our economy is improving, and investors are looking in,” he noted.
He reassured young Nigerians that his government is working to create a more conducive environment for them to thrive, reducing the need for migration in search of better opportunities. “This is your home to develop, build, and be prosperous,” he said.
The president’s remarks signal a strong commitment to youth empowerment, national development, and the economic transformation of Nigeria.
