Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has fired back at TAMPAN, saying she can never be silenced.
Recall the leadership of TAMPAN had just banned movie producers and directors from working with she and younger colleguae, Nkechi Blessing.
The Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) also threatened to frustrate them out of the industry.
Anyway, Iyabo has now reacted saying she can not be silenced.
She shared an image which read;
”SILENCE IS GOLDEN is why alot of Our girl or boy child gets abused, molested or raped daily & yet they’re afraid to SPEAK UP …. bcos they’ll be builled to silence by the same society meant to protect them.. SILENCE AIN’T GOLDEN IN NIGERIA”.
Then went on to back it up with;
”I can never be silenced, know that & know God Periodt”
