I can’t afford to fail as a father – Adekunle Gold

Adekunle Gold has announced his priority not to fail in the life of his child or future children

In an interview on the NotJustOk Podcast, he shared that his wife Simi and daughter Adejare are his top priority, calling them his “centre” and source of strength.

Fatherhood has redefined Adekunle Gold’s goals, driving him to work harder and provide a better life for Adejare than he had growing up.

His song “My Love Is The Same” reflects his commitment to being a loving, present father despite his busy career.

For Adekunle Gold, being a responsible husband and father takes precedence over fame and success.

He firmly states, “My family is my centre. I can afford to be a failed musician, not a failed father or man. That’s not negotiable”.
