Imisi, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, has spoken publicly about losing her offspring before joining the reality show
In an interview with TVC, she revealed that she lost her baby in April, less than a month before she auditioned for BBNaija.
Imisi described this period as one of the most challenging times in her life, stating that the loss had a profound emotional impact on her.
She mentioned that the grief and overwhelm were so intense that she hadn’t wanted to discuss it publicly.
This experience, along with a recent breakup with her ex-boyfriend Hakeem, fueled her determination to succeed in the show.
She said: “I lost my baby this year April. It’s not even a month before I auditioned for Big Brother. The whole thing was so overwhelming. I do not want to talk about it.”
