For some reasons, ex-Kennis Music singer, Olufemi Adeyinka, better known as Capital Femi, has not been doing much musically. He last released a song, Tumbo, in 2015, and it didn’t have much impact on music lovers.
Speaking with Sunday Scoop recently, Capital Femi maintained that he never left the music industry. He said, “I am still very much involved in music; it is just that you don’t know how involved I am. I do a lot of jobs behind the scenes.
I make the soundtracks for some of the movies you see. I also supervise music videos. For me, it is about finding a way to evolve. Yes, I have not been in the mainstream for a while but it doesn’t mean I am not coming back.
I still attend events but I concentrate more on the business side of things and I am also studying how the industry is at the moment. Pretty soon, people will hear more things from me. I am working on a second album.”
