Singer, Ruger has shared a glimpse into his childhood, revealing that he used to sneak out to parties at the tender age of 9
In a latest podcast appearance on Afrobeats Intelligence, Ruger confessed that he was drawn to Afrobeats and Dancehall music, and would often dance the night away at parties.
He said: “I was sneaking out to go to parties to listen to Afrobeats and Dancehal. I was no up to 10 years old then but knew how to dance. So I would just go to parties and shake my body,”
Ruger, who rose to fame with his hit song “Bounce” and later signed with Jonzing World, has since become a prominent figure in the Nigerian music scene.
