Actor, Efa Iwara has confessed to being born as a stammerer which nearly deterred him from pursuing a career in the entertainment industry
In a latest interview on the #WithChude podcast, Efa opened up about how the speech disorder significantly impacted his confidence and ability to communicate effectively.
Growing up, Efa’s elder brother played a pivotal role in helping him manage his stammer, offering valuable guidance and support. “Take your time, breathe, think about what you want to say before you say it,” his brother would advise.
Despite the challenges, Efa has successfully transformed his struggles into strengths, becoming a confident and accomplished actor known for his powerful screen presence and crisp dialogue delivery.
