If a Muslim commits a crime, blame him ALONE, rather than involving his religion – Footballer Abba Bichi

Nigerian footballer, Abba Bichi has urged Nigerians to have a rethink about blaming his religion, when a Muslim commits a crime.

He says when a Muslim person commits a crime, the crime is not committed by Islam — which is a body to all of them, but the individual Muslim who committed the crime.

He says it makes no sense to call the whole of Muslims which he puts at 1.9 billion people worldwide to be criminals just because one man committed a crime.

He also added that, Christians should be treated the same way too. One Christian commits a crime, address him as the criminal and not all Christians, Abba suggested.
