Former BBNaija housemate, Ifu Ennada, has opened up about a harrowing chapter in her life, revealing how she came close to losing everything — including her memory — but found strength in her faith
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, she recounted enduring an 18-month period marked by brushes with death, memory loss, severe mental health struggles, and intense spiritual warfare. Through it all, she said her faith in Jesus kept her alive.
According to her, the ordeal began on July 23, 2025, her birthday, when she suddenly woke up unable to remember her name or recognize her family members.
“It was like my entire life had been erased, yet through the Holy Spirit, I didn’t forget God. I remembered Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the meaning of my name in Hebrews 11:1. I prayed and I held on,” she shared.
Despite battling depression and overwhelming fatigue, Ifu said her mother’s relentless prayers and her own faith sustained her through what she described as a “spiritual and mental attack.”
Calling the experience something out of a suspense film, she noted that her story stands as proof that faith, prayer, and divine intervention can bring light even in the darkest moments.
After being off social media for over a year, the former reality star said she hopes her testimony encourages others facing similar struggles.
