Nollywood actor Ijebu has raised serious concerns about influencers livestreaming themselves drinking hypochlorite (hypo).
He warns that the trend is dangerous, especially for kids watching online.
“We have kids who are already using phone, I don’t know when people turn sniper and hypo to content, in the name of I want to end it all, I’m calling on the police to stand up and start arresting them,” Ijebu said.
The warning comes after popular content creators King Mitchy and VeryDarkMan reportedly drank hypo during livestreams, shocking viewers and sparking outrage online.
Ijebu urges authorities to act quickly and stop such risky stunts before more lives are endangered.
