Trending comedian Ijoba Lande could not contain his excitement after Afrobeats superstar Davido shared a video of him as a meme on his Instagram story
The clip, which featured Ijoba Lande saying in Yoruba that no one should motivate him, quickly went viral after Davido’s post. Many fans were surprised to see the singer acknowledge the skit maker, but no one was as overwhelmed as Lande himself.
In a video capturing his reaction, the comedian was seen stepping out of his car in the middle of a busy road, shouting and running around in sheer ecstasy. Moments later, he collapsed on the floor, still screaming about his newfound recognition.
Sharing the clip online, Ijoba Lande captioned it: “@davido post me… is this a dream??? If I’m sleeping please wake me up… Ori Ade! Baba Imade.”
His excitement comes amid controversy surrounding his personal life, as reports recently surfaced that his wife allegedly cheated on him with Yoruba actor Baba Tee.
