Former Nigerian captain, John Obi Mikel, has responded to Nicolas Jackson’s Instagram post telling him to “shut up”
Mikel had previously criticized Jackson, suggesting that the young player needs guidance from a more experienced striker to reach his full potential.
Nicholas Jackson took to social media to defend himself, telling Mikel to keep quiet.
However, Mikel clarified his comments, stating that he likes Jackson and believes in his talent, but thinks he needs support to improve.
Mikel also jokingly said that if Jackson continues to score goals every week, he will stop offering his opinion.
