Shatta Wale has humorously denied his Ghanaian identity during a conversation with a Nigerian influencer who compared luxury lifestyles between Ghanaian and Nigerian artistes.
The conversation started when the influencer posted:
“Why Ghana artistes no Dey buy luxury cars the way Nigeria artistes buy luxury cars?”
In response, Shatta Wale fired back in his usual playful and controversial style, writing:
“Thank God am not Ghanaian but a Nigerian”
The comment, clearly made in jest, had fans interpreting it as sarcasm rather than a literal statement.
