She took to social media to clarify that they were never in a relationship, despite speculation fueled by their public appearances together.

A fan’s tweet says: “Asake and his Girlfriend (Eva Apio)”, claiming her as Asake’s girlfriend prompted her response.

Eva stated: “I was never his girlfriend.”
