Veteran actress Dupe Jaiyesimi has opened up about her painful struggle with childlessness as she marked her 60th birthday

“I waited for years, but it never happened,” she said. “When I finally got pregnant at 40, I was overjoyed. I thought my prayers had been answered.”
However, her happiness was short-lived when doctors discovered that the baby was growing outside her womb. “I questioned God, I won’t lie. After so many years of waiting, that pregnancy meant everything to me,” she revealed.
Despite her loss, Jaiyesimi never gave up hope. She tried IVF multiple times but was met with disappointment. “Each failed attempt was like losing a child all over again,” she admitted.
Over the years, she cared for many children, hoping to fill the void, but she lamented, “None looked back to appreciate or honor me.” Even adoption was not an option, as her mother strongly opposed it.
Now at 60, she prays for strength in her old age, saying, “If there is life, there is hope.”

Sister, please you can still adopt. Your mother cannot live your life for you. I wish you happiness.
Adoption remains one of the best in my opinion
