Iran has issued a stern warning to the United States, declaring that any direct American involvement in Israel’s ongoing military actions would cross a “red line” and trigger a forceful response

Speaking at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Iran’s ambassador, Ali Bahreini, accused Washington of complicity in Israel’s airstrikes on Iranian territory. “At any point we determine the United States is directly involved, we will begin responding to the U.S.,” he warned.
Echoing this stance, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stated that Iran will never accept calls for surrender and warned that U.S. intervention would lead to “irreparable consequences.” His remarks came after Donald Trump, in a recent statement, hinted at escalating pressure on Tehran and reportedly threatened to locate Khamenei’s whereabouts.
As tensions mount, Israel continues to target Iranian military and nuclear sites, while Iran has launched retaliatory strikes. The situation has led to heightened fears of a wider war, with both Tehran and Washington preparing for potential escalation.
Iran also signaled its readiness to disrupt regional security, reportedly deploying naval mines and anti-ship missiles in the Persian Gulf, increasing concerns of a broader confrontation.
