Isaac Fayose has taken a swipe at Lere Olayinka, an aide to FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, after sending him N1 million from his online giveaway.
Fayose had announced a N1 million giveaway on his page and asked people to drop their account details to participate. Surprisingly, Olayinka, who is known to support the APC, also submitted his account details to receive the money.
Fayose said he decided to send the entire N1 million to Wike’s aide to prove his point that even supporters of President Bola Tinubu’s government are struggling financially.
In a post he shared on X, he said:
“I told people to drop their account numbers for 1 million and APC supporters are also dropping thier accounts. Wike’s SA, Lere Olayinka also dropped his account number and I sent 1M Naira to him. This is to show that APC supporters are hungry. They’re all supporting this govt but still hungry”
