American streamer iShowSpeed has once again stepped into the famous West African jollof rice debate — and his verdict continues to favor Nigeria
As part of his ongoing tour across Africa, Speed has been sampling local dishes in different countries and sharing his honest reactions with fans.
After previously tasting Senegalese jollof and rating the Nigerian version higher, the streamer recently had the chance to try Liberian jollof rice during his visit to Liberia.
While reacting to the meal on camera, Speed praised the dish and gave it a solid score.
“I will rate it 8/10, I think it’s good, but I’ll rate Nigeria’s over it.”
His comment immediately sparked reactions from the crowd around him, with some appearing disappointed by the decision.
However, Speed stood by his assessment, maintaining that Nigerian jollof remains his top choice so far on the tour.
