Actress Iyabo Ojo has expressed her disappointment with singer 2Baba’s decision to publicly announce his divorce from wife Annie Idibia

On her Instagram page, Iyabo Ojo emphasized the importance of prioritizing children’s well-being when love fades, and cautioned against airing sensitive issues on social media.

While acknowledging her admiration for the couple, Iyabo criticized 2Baba’s timing, stating that it was unempathetic to “add fuel to the fire” and further vulnerable Annie.

She urged the couple to find inner strength to prioritize their children’s needs and offered words of encouragement to Annie, assuring her that the storm would pass.

Iyabo wrote: “A heartfelt reminder to couples: when love fades, prioritize your children’s well-being. As parents, sacrifices are essential. Never abandon loved ones in their darkest moments, even if separation or divorce is inevitable.

Let’s emphasize empathy and our children’s mental health. Sensitive issues shouldn’t be publicly aired; social media sometimes disregards the well-being of those involved.
