Looks like Jessica Simpson is holding on to her stunning Los Angeles mansion after her split from estranged husband Eric Johnson.
According to TMZ, Eric has already moved out and settled into his own home not too far from Jessica’s massive L.A.-area property.
The luxury estate is no small deal either it boasts 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and about 10,000 square feet of living space, with an estimated value of $17 million.
Interestingly, the home has a bit of rock-star history. It was previously owned by Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne before Jessica purchased it in 2013 for $11.5 million.
Jessica did try to sell the mansion over the past year. She first listed it in 2023 for $22 million, later dropped the price to $17.9 million in January, and then quietly removed it from the market again.
And for those wondering about her love life there’s no new romance on the horizon just yet.
TMZ noted that, Jessica is currently single and not dating, choosing instead to focus on her kids and her work.
For now, it seems the singer is staying right where she is in the mansion she already calls home.
