The former “Real Housewives of New York” star Jill Zarin has taken legal action against Noah Springer, a former partner in her pickleball venture, Pickle Pro Labs, where he reportedly holds a minority stake.
According to court filings and reports, Zarin accuses Springer of making statements that she believes misrepresented the company’s testing process. She claims he told a sponsored professional pickleball player that paddle certification results could be completed in just a few days, something she says is not consistent with the company’s established standards and procedures.
Pickle Pro Labs works with professional pickleball organizations in the United States and abroad, providing equipment testing and certification services. Zarin argues that the business relies heavily on strict protocols, confidentiality, and impartial evaluation, and she believes Springer’s alleged remarks threaten that framework.
She also alleges a pattern of sharing confidential and commercially sensitive information with players, manufacturers, and outside individuals. These actions, she says, have raised concerns within the industry about how company information is handled.
The dispute follows an earlier lawsuit filed by Springer against Zarin, where he claimed he was excluded from company earnings and that assets tied to the business were used through a separate entity.
Legal representatives for Springer respond to the allegations, stating that he “remains focused on holding Ms. Zarin and Mr. Brody accountable for their mismanagement of Pickle Pro Labs, and he will vigorously defend against this transparent attempt to divert attention from their own misconduct.”
Zarin is now seeking damages and a court order restricting Springer from disclosing private company information moving forward.
