Jordan Ayew has officially joined Leicester City from Crystal Palace in a deal worth £8 million, plus add-ons
The Ghanaian international brings a wealth of experience, having made 212 appearances for Crystal Palace, scoring 23 goals and providing 22 assists in all competitions.
Ayew’s transfer follows a period of reduced playing time at Crystal Palace under new manager Oliver Glasner.
He had attracted interest from other leagues, including the Arabian league, but ultimately opted to join his compatriot Abdul Fatawu Issahaku at Leicester City.
The 32-year-old forward will aim to make an impact at his new club, having previously played for Swansea City, Aston Villa, and Sochaux, among others.
Ayew’s move to Leicester City marks a new chapter in his career, and he will look to contribute to the team’s success in the upcoming season.
