Judge Finds Oscar Pistorius Not Guilty Of Premeditated Murder

South African Olympic and Paralympic sprinter, Oscar
Pistorius has been found not guilty of murdering girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp in
the early hours of  14th of February, 2013.
The judge explained she felt “the facts were not
there” to convict the sprinter of murder. The evidence, she said, was
    “purely circumstantial.”
The court will resume shortly after a break from launch, when Judge Thokozile Masipa will deliver her verdict on the charge of
culpable homicide and other firearms offences.
A lot of people believe Pistorius killed his girlfriend,
with neighbours testifying they heard her scream, while the gunshots continued.

Update: The Judge has announced that Oscar Pistorius trial will continue tomorrow,
12, September, 2014. Although no official verdict was given, the Judge admitted Pistorius failed the reasonable man test. “Pistorius knew
there was a person behind the door, he chose to use a firearm. I am not
persuaded that a reasonable person with the same disability in the same
circumstances would’ve fired four shots into that small toilet cubicle’ she
    said. Judgement continues tomorrow…
