The premiere for the sixth and final season of Empire debuted on Tuesday without former star, Jussie Smollett, who was written out of the story-line following his alleged fake hate crime controversy.
And on Thursday, in a rare Instagram post, the controversial actor shared a boomerang of himself, shirtless and waving his hand side-to-side a couple of times.
Along the top of the image he wrote, ‘Hi,’ along with a hand wave, heart and prayer-position emojis.
In the quick clip, the actor is looking straight into the camera in a close-up shot with his bare chest on display for all of his five million Instagram followers to see.
He did done a dark blue bandanna across his forehead, covering some of his close-cropped hair.
The actor, 37, was also still sporting a full beard and mustache that has become a bit of trademark look for him.
