JUST IN: Ladoja to be crowned Olubadan September 26th

The Olubadan-designate, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, is set to be crowned as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland on Friday, September 26, 2025

According to Punch, Investigations revealed that his nomination has received approval from Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde.

Our correspondent gathered that a state delegation met with Ladoja and other members of the Olubadan-In-Council at his Bodija residence on Wednesday.

Adeola Oloko, media aide to the 44th Olubadan, confirmed the development to PUNCH Online, saying:

“Oba Ladoja will be enthroned as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland on Friday, September 26, 2025. The ceremony is scheduled to hold at the historic Mapo Hall in Ibadan, the state capital.”

It will be recalled that Ladoja met with the kingmakers at his residence on Tuesday ahead of the coronation.
