In a remorseful Instagram post, Justin Bieber confessed to saying something hurtful to his wife Hailey during a fight
He revealed that he told her she would never be on the cover of Vogue, a comment he now realizes was mean-spirited.
According to Justin, he made the remark because he felt disrespected, but he acknowledges that it only prolonged their conflict rather than bringing them closer together.
He reflected on how they’ve matured and learned that seeking revenge or trying to “get even” only delays what they truly desire – intimacy and connection.
Justin ended his post by asking Hailey for forgiveness, admitting he was wrong and clearly mistaken about her not making it to Vogue’s cover.
He said: “Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight; I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue, Yikes I know, so mean,”
“For some reason because I felt so disrespected; I thought I gotta get even..
“I think as we mature we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even; we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection. So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken.”
