Foremost Nigerian saxophonist exponent, Yinka Best is set to drop another album
on the ever busy airwave of the Nigerian music industry.
Shetade Images, his image positioning company confirms that this effort will be
his 6th album launch to the music industry.
It would be recalled that ‘Kolegboge wa’ which was a hit track in one of his
previously released album made a mark in the entertainment industry.
The yet to be released album promises to live up to the expectation of listeners
as well as measure up to the quality of modern trend in the Nigerian music
industry that is no doubt becoming a force to reckon with within and outside
Nigeria. Information also gathers that the new album will be armed with ample
sum of swagger, vibes and melodious gospel tunes like never before.
Confirming to grace the album launch are some arrays of Nigerian stars in the
music industry, notably King of World beat, King Sunny Ade, while Yinka Aiyefele is
not left out in the celebration galore.
9ice, Pasuma, Dbanj, Sheyman, Dee Bee etc will spice up the one in a million
event, according to Yinka Best. With the likes of these artistes at the venue of
the album launch holding at the prestigious Etal Hall, Oregun, Lagos, on the
seventeenth of October twenty-ten (17/10/2010), It is a place to be for the fans
of Yinka Best and music lovers as well.
Aside these talented artistes dazzling guests, comedians are not left out of the show.
Gbenga Adeyinka D first will add flavor to the event we learnt. We gathered that the
father of the day is King Sunny Ade while the mother of the day is Mrs. Ayo Balogun.
Nevertheless, Wale Thompson with all the members of AJUM, (Association of Juju
Musicians) will also grace the occasion.
