Hackers have taken over the official Facebook page of the Kano State Hisbah Board and posted inappropriate and explicit media content
The incident, which happened on Wednesday, has continued to attract condemnation from members of the public over the ugly trend.
The Commander General of the Board, Sheikh Aminu Daurawa, who confirmed the hack to newsmen on Friday, said the board had addressed the situation.
“Kano State Hisbah Board is aware that its Facebook page has been hacked and inappropriate things are being shared. On behalf of the board, I call on people to help solve this problem.”
