Kas Chicken founder, Adebayo Kassim is dead.
He died just three weeks after his best friend of 45 years, Dotun Olaribigbe aka Lobito Disco, died.
Kassim died yesterday, Thursday, July 28 the day Lobito was buried.
Confirming his death, a shocked Dele Momodu said, Adekass had helped to raise funds for Lobito’s buria.
Momodu wrote; “Adekass, as we all fondly called him, had helped to raise funds for the funeral of Lobito”.
Adekass in Lobito’s burial booklet had asked him to wait for him at the gate of heaven.
He had written; “Good night my general, we been friends for about 45years not one day we don’t talk, I will greatly miss you, wait for me at the gate of heaven see you on the other side your friend and brother forever.”
Kas Chicken was popular in Lagos in the 80s and 90s.
