Ogun State Senator-elect, Buruji Kashamu, today failed to
appear in court in the suit opposing the alleged plot to abduct him and
extradite him to the United States to face contentious drug-related charges.
Kashamu whom the NDLEA officials have said will be arraigned in court today,
and whatever the court says will be followed, refused to leave his home, as the
officials couldn’t provide a warrant of arrest. Though his lawyers where in
court today to defend him, the senator-elect never appeared and has remained
locked in his room.
