Kate and Rio Ferdinand have revealed they joined thousands of others on the Black Lives Matter march in London .
The former TOWIE star, 29, took to Instagram to share pictures of the two of them and Rio’s three kids, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and 9-year-old Tia, at the demo.
In the caption she explained that they decided to go along so the children “understand what is happening in the world and [will] be part of the change”.
The first picture showed the family of five amongst the crowds while they wore their face masks and carried a sign that read “BLM”.
In the second snap Rio wrapped an arm around his wife as they stood with protesters carrying signs around them.
