Keke Palmer seeks restraining order against ex Darius Jackson
American actress and singer Keke Palmer has filed for full custody of her son after split from Darius Jackson.
The actress, who shares eight-month-old son Leodis with the social media star is also seeking a restraining order against her ex.
Their relationship rift seemed to begin when Darius criticised Keke’s choice of outfit when she attended Usher’s Las Vegas residency.
Now, Keke is asking the court to give her full custody of their child.
In the court documents obtained by TMZ, the star left the issues leading up to her decision pretty vague. However, she did offer to pay the expenses of her pregnancy and birth. She also asked that Darius help cover attorney and expert fees.
Thereafter, she accused Darius of abuse in court documents obtained by Us Weekly. Keke requested a restraining order against him and claimed she possessed security footage from Nov. 5 which allegedly showed Darius ‘trespassing into her home without her knowledge.’ Keke also claims he began “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”
Additionally, she claimed this was not the only time Darius has committed “physical violence.”
Keke claims he has been “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”
