American rapper Kendrick Lamar has set a new record for the most monthly listeners on Spotify among rappers
Following his headline performance at the Super Bowl halftime show, Lamar’s Spotify listeners surged to 88.8 million, surpassing the previous record.
The historic halftime show attracted over 133 million viewers, making it the most-watched in history. During his performance, Lamar delivered tracks from his latest album, GNX, including his viral hit Not Like Us, which gained widespread attention for its pointed lyrics aimed at Drake.
